OLD, YOUNG LADY

She has travelled through time and space,
She smiled and has selected the solace,
Her heart and life's void of privileges,
The silver lines over her head grew dense by each day, apart from the treasured life, her spunk startled over passing days and nights.
Her life's next door leading her towards sheer new life,
As young and courageous heart she has, no isolation left her in disgrace.

LOVE IS ALL YOU NEED - BEATLES

Love ! Love is all you need, that's so true and universal. We are made by love, for love and we are here to spread love in tranquility. How often we count our breath? How often we open our eyes to the beautiful sky ? How often we embrace our body or understands the signals it is giving to us to look after its nourishment ? Most of us are busy pleasing ourselves with materialistic life, A life with materialism and spiritualism is beautiful but most of us choose the 'materialistic' option because it gives us instant happiness. People usually don't make time to think about life and its necessities; life just ask you for love.  We can feel love and peace in just small little things that we do in our routines still we normally don't pay attention the love around us. We  can feel love in numerous ways just in our habits, necessities or in routines. We can observe our feelings in these ways;

1.  WATER, When you  drink water, you can feel the breath struggling for a bit of space. Drink slow and feel the power of rejuvenation within the body, feel the cold in the fraction of seconds. Water calms you down. Do it with love, water rejuvenates your senses.

2. FOOD,  Different food have different impact on our bodies and mood. Eat slowley and feel all the facial muscles exercising in love for food, food energies.

3. SELF LOVE..
Deep breath,  mediation, exercise are the wonderful ways of self love, these forms of self love teaches  (mind, body and soul) to  stay in touch with each other in a rhythm, that's  the rhythm of life.

4 . Be comfortable in your body and skin, we can only rediate ourselves truly when we feel completely comfortable in our skin and body. Our hearts are same, it beats in a same beat, there is no different sound, what we need is to recognize that each beat of the heart is made of love and this love can only blossom in us when we feel comfortable in our bodies and skin.

5. HEALING !! At some point of life, we all need to heal our pains, sarrows and  sufferings, that time we search for healers. Some people are strong enough to deal with stress but some people stays in stress or sufferings. But we unfortunately don't  recognize the power of healing within us. "When we are made of love then nature has huge hidden treasures for us, so we can heal and get back to life"

* MUSIC, natural and phenomenonal healer. Sounds of birds is music, sounds of wind is music, sounds of trees is music. Music is not all about that we listen in Fm radios, music channels or music systems . Get in touch  with real music, you'll definitely feel the power of love from within you, that naturally heals.

* BREATHE, breathing is one of the best technique to recover your inner- self . Every breath has it's own (recovery point). Detoxificate your mind and body through breathing.

* COMMUNICATE, communication with your pets is magical. You'll get the unexpected responsive tendency when you truly care a pet. Love and embrace it or communicate through colors, put all your hidden anxieties in a colorful paintings. Colors do heal.

ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THERE IS A POWER OVER OUR HEADS ! That power is guiding us in the light of love.
